These terms

These terms cover your use of thinkconversationcards.com and anything you buy through it. The site and the THINK. deck belong to Collective Reason LLC ("we" and "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy.

Orders

Your confirmation email means we've received your order. If we can't fill it, because we've run out of decks, a price was listed in error, or a payment looks fraudulent, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Ordering for a team, a class or an event? Email us. Larger orders can be quoted separately, and the terms in that quote apply to them.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. They can change, but you pay the price shown at checkout when you order. Shipping and any sales tax are added at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe. If you check out in another currency, the exchange rate is set at checkout, and your bank may charge fees of its own.

Shipping and returns

Delivery, returns, refunds and lost or damaged packages are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy. Your deck becomes yours, and your responsibility, once it's delivered.

Using the deck

The cards raise real questions about ethics, politics, faith, medicine, technology and more. They're there to start conversations. They aren't professional, medical, legal or financial advice, and what you make of them is up to you.

Some questions touch hard subjects. Choose the cards that suit the people you're playing with.

Our words and designs

The THINK. name and logo, the questions and follow-ups on every card, the card and box designs, and the content of this site belong to Collective Reason LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You're welcome to

• Play the deck anywhere and with anyone: at home, in a classroom, at work, at a book club, on a podcast or a stream.
• Quote a card or two when you talk about THINK., ideally with a link back to us.

Please don't, without our written permission

• Copy, reprint or publish the questions in bulk.
• Sell them, or put them in another deck, book, app, website or AI training set.

Reviews and messages

A review you submit through our review form may appear on the site with the name you give. Anything else you send us, such as feedback or ideas, we'll quote publicly only with your permission. We may use your suggestions to improve THINK. without owing you anything for them.

Using this site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, overload it or scrape it, and nothing unlawful. We work to keep it accurate, and we'll correct mistakes when we find them.

Links to other sites, such as Instagram, YouTube and Amazon, lead to services we don't control, and their own terms apply.

Warranties and liability

We stand behind the deck through our Shipping & Returns policy. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, the site and the deck are provided "as is," without other warranties.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with an order is limited to what you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Disputes and the law

If something goes wrong, email us first. Most things can be fixed with a reply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of San Juan County, New Mexico, unless the consumer law where you live says otherwise.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
