Privacy Policy
Your privacy, plainly.
What we collect when you visit or buy, why we collect it, who sees it, and the choices you have. Plain English wherever it will do.

01
Who we are
THINK. Conversation Cards are made and sold by Collective Reason LLC of Farmington, New Mexico ("we" and "us"). This policy covers thinkconversationcards.com and every order placed through it, including orders that start in our Instagram or Facebook shop.
02
What we collect
When you order
- Your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, and your phone number if you give one.
- What you ordered, what you paid, and your shipping and tracking details.
- Payment details go straight to Stripe, our payment processor. We can see your card type and its last four digits. We never see or store your full card number.
When you email us
Your email address and whatever you write.
When you browse
Squarespace, which hosts this site, and the Meta Pixel record details of your visit: the pages you view, what you add to your cart and buy, your browser and device, your IP address and rough location, and the page that sent you here. Section 05 explains how, and how to opt out.
03
How we use it
- To take payment, pack and ship your order, and email you about it.
- To answer your questions and handle returns and refunds.
- To prevent fraud. Our payment processor screens every payment.
- To keep the records a business needs for accounting and taxes.
- To see how people find and use the site, and to measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. That can include showing our ads to people who've visited the site.
About two weeks after your order ships, our store platform sends one email asking what you thought of the deck. We don't add customers to a mailing list or send them marketing email, and checkout doesn't sign you up for one. If we ever start a mailing list, joining it will be your choice.
05
Cookies and the Meta Pixel
Squarespace uses cookies to keep the site and your cart working and to count visits. Its privacy policy covers what it collects.
The Meta Pixel is a piece of code from Meta on this site. It tells Meta when you view the deck, add it to your cart or buy it. That helps us measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Meta's use of that information is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
If you play a video embedded on the site, YouTube may set cookies of its own.
How to opt out
- Block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. Blocking every cookie can stop the cart from working.
- In your Facebook or Instagram Accounts Center, under Ad preferences, you can stop Meta from using your activity on partner websites like this one to show you ads.
- Use the Digital Advertising Alliance's opt-out at optout.aboutads.info.
Our site doesn't respond to browsers' "Do Not Track" signals, because there's no agreed standard for what they should do.
06
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as we need them for accounting, taxes and returns, and then delete them. We keep emails as long as they help us help you. Meta keeps Pixel data under its own policy.
07
Your choices
Email us to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We'll reply within 30 days. We may have to keep some order records that the law requires us to keep.
Depending on where you live, your state's law may give you more rights. Ask, and we'll honor them.
08
Security
Checkout runs over an encrypted connection, and Stripe, which handles card payments, meets the card industry's highest security standard (PCI DSS Level 1). At THINK., only the founder can see your order details. No system is perfectly secure, but we keep what we hold to what's needed.
09
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
10
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
