Every deck is packed and shipped from Farmington, New Mexico. Here's what shipping costs, how long it takes, and what happens if something goes wrong.

Where we ship
We ship anywhere in the United States, including US territories and APO, FPO and DPO military addresses.
Outside the US? Email ryan@thinkconversationcards.com before you order, and we'll quote the postage to you.

What shipping costs
Shipping is a flat $7.00 per order, whether you buy one deck or ten.
Orders over $50 ship free. The discount applies automatically at checkout, so you'll see it before you pay.

When your order arrives
We pack and ship orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, except US holidays). When your deck ships, you'll get an email with its USPS tracking number.
Decks travel by USPS Ground Advantage, and most arrive 2–6 business days after they ship. Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses can take a few days longer.
Buying a gift? Allow 3–8 business days from the day you order to the day it arrives.

Lost or late packages
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake after you order, email us right away. If the deck hasn't shipped yet, we'll fix it.
If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or it says your package was delivered and you can't find it, email us with your order number. We'll take it up with USPS, and if the package doesn't turn up, we'll send a replacement or refund your order.

Returns
If THINK. isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The deck needs to be unused and in its original condition.
- Email ryan@thinkconversationcards.com with your order number.
- We'll reply with the address to send it to.
- Send the deck back with tracking. Return postage is yours to cover, unless we made a mistake.

Refunds
Once your deck arrives back with us, we'll refund the price of the deck to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
The original shipping charge isn't refundable.

Damaged or wrong decks
If your deck arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, shipping included.
You don't need to send the damaged deck back.

Amazon and Instagram orders
Bought THINK. on Amazon? Amazon's returns process applies, so start the return from your Amazon orders page.
Orders from our Instagram or Facebook shop check out on this site, so everything on this page applies to them.
