🔧 Common Troubleshooting

1. Make sure you have the latest version
Open the App Store, search for THINK. - Conversation Cards, and tap Update if available.

2. Restart the app
Close it completely, then reopen it.

3. Reinstall the app
Delete the app from your device and reinstall it from the App Store.

4. Restore your purchases
First, sign in to your account. Then, open the Account menu. Navigate to the “Subscriptions” tab, and click “Restore Purchase”. You may also restore purchases by navigating to the paywall.

Q: Can I use the app offline?
A: Yes, all cards are available offline once downloaded, but some content, like sending or receiving messages in Sessions and accessing saved Reflections, will be unavailable without internet access.
