THINK. Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 17, 2026
THINK. is built to support thoughtful conversations, reflections, and social sessions. This policy explains what data we use, why we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Account and Access
You can use parts of THINK. as a guest. Account-based features (including cloud sync, subscriptions, friends, and sessions) require sign-in.
2. Data We Collect
Account and profile data may include user ID, display name, profile photo, and email addresses used for account management and friend discovery. User content may include reflections, session messages, session prompts, voice messages, and uploaded images such as avatars and session icons. Preference data may include privacy settings, notification preferences, and push token registrations for delivering notifications. Subscription data may include entitlement status and purchase state from store-connected providers. If enabled, we also process analytics and crash diagnostics.
3. How We Use Data
We use data to provide app functionality, maintain your account, sync your content, power social and messaging features, deliver notifications you have enabled, confirm premium access, and improve reliability and product quality.
4. Sharing and Visibility
Profile details and session content are shared with people in your social graph or active sessions as needed to run the product. Notification previews may include limited message context. We do not sell personal information.
5. Third-Party Services
THINK. uses third-party providers to operate the app, including Firebase services (such as Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Analytics, and Crashlytics), RevenueCat for subscription entitlement management, Expo and platform notification services for push delivery, and Apple/Google account and store infrastructure for sign-in and billing.
6. Retention and Deletion
We retain data as long as needed to provide the service, meet security needs, and comply with legal obligations. In-app controls let you clear local data, remove cloud content, and request permanent account deletion. Some limited records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, abuse handling, or legal compliance.
7. Your Controls
In Account settings, you can control analytics and crash reporting, searchable-by-email status, notification preferences, and account deletion actions. Subscription cancellation and refund handling are managed by Apple App Store or Google Play under their policies.
8. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of THINK. after an update means you accept the revised policy.
